Survival Tips

  1. Take it slow, one thing people do is after they die they rush leveling a new character and end up dying again.
  2. Partner up with someone or bring a friend to join you on your quests.
  3. Is a healer near by? Always be aware of near by healing classes. They can lend assistance if you get too many mobs on you.
  4. Stick to green quests. Not only can green quests be less dangerous, but you can get through them quicker.
  5. To keep quests in the green, do your starting quests then move to another areas starting quests, then alternate back and fourth once you notice the quests are green in the other area. This will keep you a few levels ahead.
  6. Be aware of quests that are unknown to you. Some quests have events that spawn tough mobs or cause a group of mobs to appear. Avoid those quests or bring help. Those quests can be an unavoidable death.
  7. Have a bank character, send your money or valuable finds to him/her, and keep in a main city. That way you will always have a safety net to fall back on when your main character dies.
  8. Don’t invest too much into your profession. Don’t bankrupt yourself leveling a profession, stock supplies at your bank character until you are high enough level.
  9. Do not delete your dead character if you want to keep them on the high score list (if they are on the list). And if you need more character space, make another account with another email address.
  10. If you are in a dungeon party, make sure nobody is too low. They can bring unwanted mobs into your fight.
