My Golf's interior is a mess after a road trip - need a proper deep clean

I took my Golf on a long road trip up the coast with the family and let's just say it didn't end well for the interior. Between the kids spilling drinks, dropping snacks everywhere, and the general dust and sand that managed to find its way into every crevice, the car is absolutely filthy inside. The seats have stains that I can't seem to shift with the standard cleaner I have, the carpets are covered in crumbs and dirt, and the leather on the steering wheel feels sticky and grimy no matter how much I wipe it down. I've tried cleaning it myself but I just can't get it back to how it was, especially the fabric on the seats which seems to have absorbed everything. I'm thinking of taking it somewhere professional to get a full interior detail, but I'm worried about places that just use harsh chemicals that damage the materials or leave a weird residue. I also want the exterior cleaned properly because the paint is covered in water spots and what looks like dried bug splatter from the highway driving. I was looking for somewhere that could do both inside and out properly and I found a place that does Certified Volkswagen interior and exterior cleaning in Musaffah which caught my attention because I assume they'd know how to handle VW's specific materials without damaging them. Has anyone here actually used a place that does proper deep interior cleaning including steam cleaning and leather conditioning, and can tell me if it's worth the money? My main concern is whether they can actually get those ground-in stains out of the fabric or if I'm just going to end up with slightly cleaner but still obviously stained seats. Also, how long does a proper full detail usually take? I'd need to arrange transport if they need the car for more than a day. Any advice from people who've had this done would be great.
